Iittala – Nappula Candle Holder Brass Toned 18.3cm

Scandinavian brand, Iittala started out as a humble glass factory, in Iittala, Finland but now crafts essential objects with a group of talented designers to enrich people’s everyday lives.

Designer Matti Klenell’s playful silhouettes for Iittala are loved by many. His most recognisable design is his beloved Nappula (Finnish for ‘button’) collection, which was inspired by the feet of a table, spotted at the Nuutajärvi Glass Museum. Klenell incorporated the classic, modern shape into a wide array of candleholders that all carry the soft, round forms that combine Klenell’s love of vintage and contemporary details.
